I have been working with teens, children, families, and adults since 1988. I believe in warmly supporting my clients through the struggles and traumas of life. Thus, I use a variety of theoretical approaches, as therapy is not a one-size-fits-all medium. Some of the therapies I use with clients include psychotherapy, family and systems therapies, cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and play therapy with children. I have worked in inpatient settings as well as outpatient settings. My goal for my clients is that I am able to provide them with a safe and supportive environment where together we can explore their hopes, needs, and possibilities so they are able to move forward towards a better, kinder, and gentler path in life.
