My approach is warm, relational, and flexible. Every part of you is welcome here; the parts that laugh, cry, and hope. You don’t need to explain or translate your story; you can simply be yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We’ll start by slowing down and understanding what’s been weighing on you. I’ll share tools to ease current stress while we explore deeper patterns. Over time, clients often feel more grounded, compassionate, and connected to themselves.
