Getting to know Dr. Jovaria Baig

Have you been feeling depressed? Sad? Lonely? I have been seeing patients since 2017 and I can help. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy with patients to help understand your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Please book an appointment with me! I have availability Mondays - Fridays and Saturdays. I am only seeing patients virtually at this time!

What should a new client know about working with you?

I love utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I enjoy working with Couples. I also use the Gottman Method for marriage and family patients. I also help with addictions. The first couple of sessions I am really trying to get to know you, then I start utilizing CBT methods.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

First, I need all my patients to complete my consent forms, intake forms which includes a questionnaire. Then we can start our sessions! I utilize a HIPAA compliant electronic health care system to email and send forms to clients.
