My experience includes working with teens, adolescents, and adults in both individual and group settings, supporting individuals navigating anxiety, mood disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and life transitions. My clinical practice includes specialties in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), particularly in supporting individuals on the autism spectrum.
