I have worked as a counselor for over 20 years. My goal is to help others increase their self awareness and build their self confidence to implement changes to live their lives to the fullest. I work with teens and adults. I use a variety of approaches to best address my client's goals. I strive to be warm; supportive and challenging to help my clients grow and take responsibility for their own lives. Ultimately; we can only control ourselves.
