With 21 years of experience, I specialize in working with individuals and youth. I offer various therapies, but not limited to: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in clinical psychology. As a licensed Mental Health Counselor, I've worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings along with hospital assessments and crisis work. I stay up to date with techniques and practices through continuing education. Based in Seattle for 20 years, I enjoy the beach, my family (including Dog), gardening, and filling up with sunshine and outdoors as much as Seattle allows. I am an optimistic person and therapist and hope I can help with some guidance to your happy place.
