I am a “straight shooter” who will challenge you to step outside of your comfort zone and strive toward becoming the best version of yourself. At the same time, I recognize that everyone’s journey is unique, and I believe therapy should be tailored to meet you where you are. I utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions and approaches based on your individual needs, personality, goals, and life experiences. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can be authentic, gain insight, develop healthy coping skills, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
