I can support you through your journey of mental wellbeing. I specialize in Individual and Couples counseling, postpartum, and women and men’s issues. I help clients find peace, connection, and compassion in their relationships. I also help individuals with childhood trauma, suicidal ideation, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues.
