I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Master's in Social Work from the Catholic University of America and over 30 years of experience. I have counseled clients in all areas of mental health, specializing in treating anxiety, depression, stress, a spectrum of mood disorders, addiction and recovery, eating disorders, chronic health issues, and issues of trauma and grief.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I'm a client-centered therapist, dealing with compassion and engagement, and I have a flexible schedule. I honor and respect all of my clients.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Typically, I do an intake visit with patients to discover their goals, what they want to achieve, and how they're looking at therapy, and then we'll go from there.
