I am a licensed clinical social worker and therapist with over 5 years of experience providing therapy and counseling services in both inpatient and outpatient settings as well as telehealth platforms. I have been a social worker for 24 years. I am passionate about helping other children, adolescents and adults navigate their challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stressful situations, life transitions, caregiving, school and social issues, and many others. I believe that you're already the expert of your own story and that you have the ability to set goals which will lead you to success. My approach is grounded in empathy and support.
