My approach My approach while providing therapy is CBT, person-centered, and goal-oriented, assisting each client with their own goals or needs. I also utilize brief Psycho-Dynamic and Object Relations approaches because I believe early childhood experiences have an important effect during adulthood. My focus As a bicultural clinician, I have developed the skills to provide services to individuals from different backgrounds and cultures, treating topics including anxiety, depression, family conflicts, parenting, parent-child conflicts, child and adult trauma, drugs and alcohol abuse, and individuals with legal issues including a history of incarceration and/or probation.
