I adjust my style to meet the needs and preferences of each individual client. Additionally, I teach mindfulness to enhance self-awareness and the ability to manage stress. I am a pragmatic and compassionate therapist who approaches therapy as a collaborative encounter, helping clients recognize and cultivate their inner strengths. My primary goal is to help clients live a much-deserved healthy and vibrant life. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Miami.
