I have been in the mental health field in New York City for over 12 years, assisting children, adolescents, adults, and senior citizens experiencing a wide array of issues. I use an eclectic model approach with a preference for CBT and ego strengths to help individuals gain the mental tools to be self-reliant in times of stress.
I also provide an open environment for a person to vent their thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental space, as sometimes we just need to vent and have someone listen.
I lead a healthy and active lifestyle that I use to assist individuals who would like to improve their health and/or manage weight issues.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from Stony Brook University.
