I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed to practice in the state of Florida. I earned my Associate's degree from Miami Dade College, and both my bachelor's and master's degrees in Clinical Social Work from the University of Central Florida. I have several years of experience working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. With a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor, I create a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. My approach to counseling is client-centered, prioritizing clients' needs and goals in therapy. I use evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness practices to help clients manage their symptoms and improve their mental well-being.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
