I’m Judy Frendo, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 30 years of experience helping individuals, couples, children, and families find clarity, healing, and emotional balance.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or major life changes, I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore what’s going on and discover new ways to cope and grow. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs.
Throughout my career in both clinical and educational settings, I’ve helped people of all ages build resilience and reconnect with their strengths. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m here to walk with you as you move toward greater peace, confidence, and connection.
I hold a Master’s in Counseling from the University of San Francisco and a Master’s in Education from California State University, Sacramento. My work is rooted in a deep commitment to lifelong learning and compassionate care.
