In her spare time, Judi enjoys creating: painting, macramé, sewing, and cooking interesting recipes. For the past few years, she has tried to be a vegetarian but does not always succeed and has been known to eat pepperoni pizza. Judi loves spending time outdoors, especially during the fall and winter.
