Hi! My name is Judith Mondesir, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and Georgia. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and my Master's in Social Work from Barry University. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression and anxiety disorders. With over five years of experience, I provide guidance for anxiety, depression, communication challenges, family conflicts, self-esteem, and coping skills.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I utilize a blend of therapeutic techniques and interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Goal Oriented, Strength Based and Solution-Focused approaches. I work towards creating an open, non-judgemental space for you to be comfortable sharing your thoughts, fears, hopes, and goals. I have found throughout my career that we all share as many similarities as differences AND no matter what path we are on now, we all deserve to live a satisfying life. My goal is to create an environment where you, the client, feel you have a safe place to process your thoughts and emotions and learn to cope optimally

Extremely disappointed. I drove an hour to my daughters appointment and then waited an hour after the appointment time in the waiting room just to find out she already left for the day (I was not late for my appointment). Drove an hour back home after wasting over 3 hours of my day with a very disappointed kid. I tried calling the day before and the day of my appointment to confirm, but both times it went to voicemail for a lady with a different name. I should have know that was a red flag, but my daughter was very anxious to get in and talk to someone and I had a hard time finding someone that specializes with kids so I overlooked it. Unprofessional and unfortunate when dealing with mental health and a child looking forward to the session.
