Psychotherapist
CA
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Fresno. I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and support. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, genuineness, and collaboration, where we work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe, non-judgmental space. I focus on using evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic work, tailoring my methods to your unique needs and goals. I am passionate about working with individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and stress. I am also experienced in helping clients with self-esteem issues, grief, and trauma recovery. I take pride in being genuine and direct in all of my sessions, creating a space where clients feel both heard and supported. My approach is centered on helping clients feel supported while we explore their emotions honestly and work toward healing and growth in a safe, empowering environment. I was drawn to becoming a therapist when I discovered how fulfilled I felt when helping others. I genuinely love offering support and being a part of someone’s journey toward a better, happier life. Together, we’ll explore both short-term and long-term goals, making sure they feel achievable, meaningful, and in line with what truly matters to you. During our first session, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where we’ll get to know each other. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current concerns, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions about the process, and we’ll talk about how we can work together to meet your goals.
