My approach to treating OCD begins with giving basic, understandable information about how OCD presents itself and the rationale behind it. The more information you have about OCD, the better you'll be able to manage the symptoms. We'll then collaborate to build an exposure hierarchy that's acceptable to you. You are in control of your treatment. I have seen amazing results when people are committed to the treatment process. In addition to OCD treatment, I also specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), hoarding, and tic disorder.
