Psychotherapist
TX
Hello, my name is Judy. Do you feel like you are on a constant treadmill? Always moving, yet not going anywhere? Women today are on the move more than ever before, and with it comes burnout, frustration, and a loss of a sense of purpose. Life can become overwhelming, productivity decreases, and joy seems impossible to find. How can you change this state of being and create a life full of joy, increased productivity, and a definite sense of purpose? This can be achieved with a "renewed mind." As a Transformation Coach and counselor with a Master’s in Counseling from Houston Graduate School of Theology, I will help you identify your limiting beliefs, become aware of who you are and where you desire to be, and guide you to take the actions needed to get there. I use Biblical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches to help you achieve your results. My desire is to reach out to women to inspire and encourage you to overcome the limiting beliefs and obstacles holding you back and keeping you stagnant. I want to help you recognize and embrace the gifts and abilities you have within. My goal is to help you realize your passion and potential and provide you with the tools needed to see your passion become a reality.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients can expect a safe place to "connect the dots" from experiences of the past that could be contributing to current behaviors that are not serving them in a healthy way currently. Clients can also expect sessions with me to be a "walk alongside" your journey to help unravel those behaviors affecting their progress toward a healthy, wholesome life. Clients can expect to have someone who listens to their concerns and provide helpful feedback and guidance as needed to achieve their goals.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
