My practice combines Person-centered care and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, my style is adaptive to tailor each session to your situation and explore behaviors and thought patterns that affect you. Outside of work, I am a lifelong learner with a deep appreciation for diverse cultures, traditions and religions. When I'm not working, you will find me on a nature trail, by a spring or the beach. I also enjoy cultural documentaries and salsa dancing!
