I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 17 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. My counseling style is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful healing begins when people feel seen, heard, and valued. I am committed to creating a safe and respectful space where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and move toward lasting change. My experience extends to those struggling with disordered eating, addictions, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and family conflict.
I also have extensive experience supporting individuals who feel stuck or conflicted about their relationships, including those weighing the decision to stay or leave. Rather than pushing a specific outcome, I help clients explore their feelings, values, and patterns so they can make thoughtful, empowered choices and feel supported no matter the direction they take. My goal is to help clients build clarity, self-trust, and meaningful change while knowing they don’t have to navigate it alone.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
