My approach My unique and effective therapy includes CBT, EMDR, DBT, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Bibliotherapy, Motivational Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. My focus I have successfully worked with clients of various ages and cultures, providing treatment for a range of diagnoses. Clients have made major positive life changes, decreasing symptoms and limitations from Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, substance abuse, and more. My communication style I provide a relaxed, down-to-earth atmosphere through telemedicine from my countryside private office located in Missouri. My journey to mental healthcare My drive and passion are to lead individuals and families in making positive life changes. My motto is "It's never too late to live happily ever after." I was inspired to return to college and pursue a career in psychology following a near-death experience at age 21. In addition to therapy, I have written books to inspire personal change and have taught courses for other therapists, as well as served as an adjunct instructor at a community college. I continue to provide therapy because it is the job I love. My books are published under the name Judy Wieberg and are available on Amazon.
