Judy Negron Torres, LPC

Judy Negron Torres, LPC

Psychotherapist
110 S Northern Way, East York, PA
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Phoenix. I utilize a client-centered approach to create a supportive, non-judgmental, and individualized experience from the initial intake until discharge, providing a collaborative effort between me and you as a client. Clients are able to identify goals and potential solutions to problems that cause emotional distress, seek to improve communication and coping skills, strengthen self-esteem, and promote behavior change and optimal mental health. Exploring the human complexities and addressing experiences that have impacted our view of self is often taken for granted and underestimated. In our profession, it is a privilege to assist with such complexities; a privilege to witness the moment when despair transforms into hope and futility no longer exists. Humans are vast, and exploration is limitless.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
