What should a new client know about working with you?

As a DBT trained therapist, I often incorporate emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness communication skills into individual sessions. However, I also draw from multiple therapeutic approaches to find what best fits each client.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I commonly work with individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression and trauma and also specialize in concerns related to neurodiversity and the LGBTQ+ community. I have experience working with ADHD, autism, school avoidance and the transition to adulthood across multiple social work settings.
