I have experience working with clients on depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, self esteem, lesbian, gay, and bisexual populations and women’s issues. I believe in providing clients with a comfortable and nonjudgmental environment to explore feelings and address challenges in life. I recognize the importance of working collaboratively and in a person-centered manner to help you achieve your goals. You will be provided with an empathetic, friendly and accepting environment. I will work with you in examining goals that you would like to achieve and identify your strengths. It is my intention to create a working relationship that helps you to feel supported and listened to. I will work to help you achieve emotional well being and positive self care.
