I hold a Master's in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. I work under the supervision of a DBT-Linehan Board-Certified clinician, ensuring the highest standard of care.

I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and provide both comprehensive DBT, which includes structured skills training, behavior tracking, and between-session support, and a DBT-informed approach to supportive psychotherapy customized to meet your unique needs. This flexibility allows us to customize therapy to better support your personal growth and well-being. My focus is on fostering growth and resilience through skills in emotional regulation, mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance, aiming to guide you toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
