My approach to therapy is rooted in care that is holistic, trauma informed and anti-oppressive. This may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing or other evidence based methods depending on your evolving needs and goals.
