Getting to know Julia Monfoletto

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide individual therapy and couple’s therapy to help adults develop coping skills for depression, anxiety, anger, perinatal issues, stress, and other challenges. I also have experience working with adults with Asperger’s/ Autism Spectrum diagnoses. My therapeutic approach is integrative and person-centered. It can incorporate psychodynamic, CBT, and mindfulness elements, tailored to your need and interest.
