I am a client-centered therapist focused on integrative health and wellness. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Northeastern University, and a certification in nutritional health coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (INHC). My clinical background includes working with individuals and families in-home to provide crisis management, intensive therapy, and stabilization. I have worked with clients in their communities to provide advocacy, access to services, and effective care. I am also passionate about the bidirectional correlation between mood and food and have worked with individuals in the areas of emotional eating, the gut-brain connection, mindful eating, and cultural considerations of mental health nutrition.
