I earned my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Adelphi University with honors and I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY Old Westbury. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds, supporting clients with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal challenges, behavioral concerns, and social anxiety. I am especially passionate about helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen communication skills, and develop healthier relationships, while moving toward meaningful and sustainable change.
