She helps me with creating positive habits with my ADHD, is empowering when I am doubtful of my progress, has practiced different approaches to assist me in identifying and dealing with triggers, and provides a very safe space. I would recommend her to anyone!”

Getting to know Julia Preamplume

When your life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or out of control, you may not feel like yourself. Everyday tasks seem a little harder, you may feel more impatient or sensitive, and your mind seems to focus on the wrong things. You find yourself getting stuck in your head and have trouble staying present. You might be doubting yourself and overthinking things. My goal is to help you navigate through these challenges in a safe and non-judgmental space so you may live a more balanced, authentic, and peaceful life. I want to help you feel like you are living as the person you truly want to be. I take an experiential, hands-on approach by providing you with practical tools you can use in your daily life. I see myself as a cheerleader and will work to empower you by helping you unhook from difficult thoughts and feelings, identifying and utilizing your strengths, and helping you see these challenges from a different perspective. I genuinely want to help you reach your goals and find relief. I have diverse experience, and especially enjoy working with individuals that are experiencing anxiety disorders, OCD, perinatal and postpartum mental health, binge eating disorder, and low self-esteem, as well as individuals that identify within the LGBTQ+ community.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
