Welcome! I am so glad that you are here, and taking this first step towards improving your life. Your openness to being here is one of the most important steps in this process. I am a NY-based therapist with a boutique psychotherapy practice that specializes in working with high-achieving adults who are struggling to balance the many demands of modern life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, inviting and non-judgemental. It is also fun, conversational and action-oriented. My clients desire change in their lives; through therapy, we reflect, process experiences and move towards goals. We focus on better understanding ourselves and our reactions, and creating new skills that help you live more confidently and in line with who you want to be. I use a blend of therapeutic techniques, mainly CBT-focused, and real world experience within our sessions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session is an invitation for me to get to know you better, and what is bringing you into therapy right now. We want to ensure that there is a good fit between us, as that is very important for therapy to be effective.
