She pursued her BA in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University and an MBA from Southern NH University before receiving her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Rivier University. Julia interned at two schools for teens with multiple challenges. For the last 8 years she practiced in Community Mental Health in many capacities, most recently as the Manager of Intake Service performing clinical assessments along with long-term and brief treatment with those suffering from severe and persistent mental illness. Specialties: Julia specializes in Autism, working with parents of those with special needs, anger management, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, change of life concerns, grief and end of life. She offers unique therapeutic modalities of both individual and group therapy not limited to Cognitive Behavior therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to support change for better health and well-being.
