For some clients, talk therapy may be the focus, while others find it helpful to integrate breath work, grounding techniques, or gentle movement to deepen awareness and regulation. Together, we’ll find what feels right for you. My focus I specialize in supporting people through grief, loss, and life transitions, as well as those facing anxiety, depression, and trauma. My years of experience in hospice and bereavement counseling have given me a deep respect for the resilience of the human spirit and the many ways we find meaning after loss. I am also passionate about women’s mental health, supporting women through stages such as adolescence, perimenopause, menopause, caregiving, and life after the loss of a spouse or partner. Having navigated many transitions myself, I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding to this work.
