I am a Therapist and Supervisor at Wellness Counseling Services, LCSW, PLLC. I hold a Master's in Professional Studies in Art Therapy and Creativity Development from Pratt Institute.
I'm an open-minded and compassionate therapist who believes in the power of authentic communication as a tool to help us live fulfilling and free lives. In our therapeutic alliance, we will work together to meet your goals. A significant part of my work involves helping clients navigate their life experiences and relationship issues through expressive and ancestral healing practices. I am also passionate about supporting those who feel called to explore their healing through indigenous plant ceremonies.

I am trained to provide verbal and creative arts psychotherapy. We can explore the creative part based on your comfort level, without any pressure. The idea is that creativity and expression exist as tools to support our process in therapy. When we feel called or it feels right.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
It is my desire to provide you with an environment where you can be exactly who you are. So we can explore and grow together. May we get to know each other based on that intuitive spark you felt to reach out to me. This space is where the ancient meets the modern with lots of love and curiosity.
