Welcome, you’ve come a long way. I’m an integrative psychotherapist with the experience to safely work with the mind and body. I specialize in complex trauma, self-doubt, inner criticism, relationships, and early parenting. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida. I say with confidence that healing isn’t about changing who you are. Healing is about reclaiming who you are, even when trauma leaves a mark. If you’re experiencing a "loss of self," overwhelm, or identity disturbance, it would be my honor to help you through it. Rest assured your confusion, intensities, contradictions, and subjective truths will be held in the highest regard.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My counsel is evidence-based, feedback-informed, trauma-responsive, and humanistic. I help others stabilize, self-regulate, and gradually find a new normal. Whether we explore root causes is completely up to the individual. What makes my approach unique is that upon request, I create art inspired by my clients to serve as a guide and inspiration.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My work often entails helping individuals restore emotional balance, clarity, and intentionality. During our initial sessions, we openly discuss the issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them. My approach to therapy is grounded in cognitive behavioral somatic therapy. However depending on the client's preferences and needs, I integrate others holistic and science-based techniques to personalize their therapy experience. Most of my clients see a gradual decrease in confusion and overwhelm within the first three months and sustained improvement thereafter. By the end of therapy, most clients report an significant increase in self-knowledge, self-trust, and emotional regulation.
