What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients working with me should know that I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can be open about your struggles, even if they seem invisible from the outside. I help clients who feel unfulfilled, anxious, or overwhelmed, despite external success, by guiding them through self-discovery, self-care, and reconnection. My approach is compassionate and personalized, focusing on helping clients feel "enough" and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives. I work collaboratively with clients to create a path toward a more authentic, fulfilling life, and I am committed to their individual needs and goals

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session will be considered an Initial Diagnostic Evaluation, where we will get to know each other, and what is brining you in for therapy. The initial visit usually last 60 minutes, but may go a few minutes over the hour. All future visits after the initial, will be focused on helping you achieve your talk-therapy goals. These subsequent visits usually last 53-60 minutes.
