I specialize in supporting individuals who feel disconnected from what they want to be doing or feeling and where they are now. I provide support and healing for individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, and the impacts of chronic illness. I'm here to help you identify and achieve your healing goals and meet your needs by supporting you in taking an active role in your own growth, development, and healing. I am an Advanced Certified Autism Specialist and an ADHD Certified Provider. With over ten years of experience supporting adults, teens, and children, my passion is helping you unlock your unique strengths and skills. I graduated from California State University, Dominguez Hills, with a Master’s in Social Work, completing an internship at Kaiser Permanente. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Utah. Since then, I have provided therapy for individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds. *Please not as a psychotherapist I am unable to prescribe medication.
