I have been a therapist since 2017. At first, I was a school-based therapist. However, I opened my doors to a wide variety of ages because I believe everyone deserves peace. I use EMDR, CBT, Narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy. I also have a guided art therapy card deck that I pull out when we need some extra support. I tailor our sessions to meet your needs and expectations.
