MD
I am a compassionate therapist who believes that everyone can change when given the opportunity and support to do so. I use a strength-based approach to help you tap into your innate potential and achieve lasting results. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Maryland and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland. With more than 25 years of experience in the mental health field, I have successfully treated children, adolescents, and adults in various settings. Are you a woman feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed? Are you having difficulty focusing, communicating effectively, or maintaining work-life balance? If so, I am committed to working collaboratively with you to navigate the path forward. Together, we will develop healthy coping strategies that reduce negative patterns, thoughts, and feelings, replacing them with confidence, motivation, and positivity. Using a variety of evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy, I will support you in achieving your goals and dreams.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
