What should a new client know about working with you?

What is therapy supposed to feel like? I want you to come out of therapy feeling relieved, if you've shared something important and felt heard and understood. Energized, if you've started to understand something new about yourself or set yourself a new goal to work on. Motivated, if you have made progress towards your goals or with your relationships. Above all, I want you to feel safe and accepted.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Virtual therapy is a practical alternative to in-person therapy. I provide online sessions throughout Ohio using encrypted technology that is personalized, private and convenient.
