Together, we will decide which approach or approaches will challenge and assist with personal change, growth, and personal goals. My focus I work with adults struggling with a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, unhelpful thinking, stress, life transitions, military, and Veteran concerns. We will work together to create a plan that supports the needs, goals, and growth. My communication style In our work together, I will create an open and judgment-free space. I will utilize a collaborative approach, utilizing a variety of techniques, including asking open-ended questions, active and reflective listening, where we can explore experience, thoughts, feelings, and create a personalized plan and develop new perspectives.
