What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with both individuals and couples to address the impact of these challenges within both personal and relational contexts. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, and finding the right support is key. If something here resonates with you, I’d be glad to connect and explore how we might move forward together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After scheduling your visit with ZocDoc I will be looking to connect with you via email for a consultation before our first visit. Additionally, while our first visit will be a telehealth appointment, I do offer in person therapy for those interested and I am happy to discuss your preference during our initial appointment. My experiences have helped me understand and support a wide range of challenges, including trauma, identity questions, relationship issues, grief and loss, and life transitions. These challenges can affect not only how we relate to ourselves, but also how we connect with others.
