My goal is to empower beings to be through self-love and self-care. I am committed to helping all humans learn how to build a healthier relationship with themselves. My work focuses on targeting negative thoughts, beliefs, and traditions around self. I believe in taking a person-centered approach when helping clients reach their goals, while utilizing motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. I hold a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
