What is your typical process for working with clients?

Initial Inquiry and Assessment: During the initial assessment, together we will explore your presenting concerns but also your overall lifestyle, physical health, relationships, and spiritual beliefs. This initial inquiry helps in understanding you, your needs, and your goal. Establishing the Holistic Framework: This approach acknowledges that changes in one area can impact the entire system. Collaborative Goal Setting: Together we will co-create transformative and holistic goals that encompass different dimensions of your well-being. These goals may involve personal growth, improved self-awareness, lifestyle changes, and enhancing overall life satisfaction. Mind-Body-Spirit Exploration: This may involve mindfulness practices, meditation, and attention to physical well-being through exercise and nutrition. Gestalt Techniques: Therapy focuses on the "here and now" experience. I may use this approach and employ techniques such as role-playing, empty chair work, and guided imagery to help you gain insight into your present experience and unresolved issues. Transformative Processes: I facilitate transformative processes that encourage you to explore and challenge long-standing patterns of thinking and behaving. This may involve fostering awareness of underlying beliefs and emotions, allowing for a shift in perspective. Integration of Body and Mind: I recognize the interconnectedness of physical and mental health. Techniques may include exploring how physical sensations and experiences are linked to emotional states, and vice versa. Exploration of Relationships: We will work on understanding your relational patterns, and fostering more authentic and fulfilling connections. Holistic, transformative, & Gestalt approach acknowledges the complexity of human experience and aims to promote deep and lasting change across various aspects of your life. The process is collaborative, experiential, and oriented toward facilitating self-discovery and personal growth.
