Welcome, I know how scary starting therapy can be. I commend you on taking this first step. I believe it is important to heal the hurts that may continue to affect you. As a therapist, I am invested in your story and will walk with you through your healing journey so you can live a happier, more fulfilled life. My therapy style focuses on you as a whole person. I use empathetic and reflective listening to support self-awareness and acceptance. I focus on providing a safe place where you can tell your story without judgment. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field. I provide individual psychotherapy for adults in all stages of their lives. I received my education from the University of Valley Forge in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling. I continued my education at Medaille College in Buffalo, New York, where I earned a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. I have worked in behavioral health, non-profit community-based agencies, school-based settings, crisis settings, and in private practice.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
