I believe the foundation of psychotherapy is anchored in honesty, compassion and respect. My therapeutic approach when working with couples and individuals is an eclectic approach. This is more flexible and is multifaceted that allows me to use the most effective methods available to address client's individual needs. I work with teens and adults.
