I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor serving individuals in Colorado, Indiana, Michigan and Texas. I'm passionate about expanding mental health access for all. With comprehensive experience in both clinical and school settings, I help adults and adolescents manage anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, grief/loss, vocational stress and adjustment concerns. I'm also a Certified First Responder Counselor, helping the responder community and their loved ones navigate the unique stresses and demands of the field as they build resilience and balance in their lives. I am an affirming and client-centered therapist; I strive to meet each individual exactly where they are. Together, we identify their strengths, barriers and goals. By developing coping strategies, practicing skills between sessions, and steadily building resilience, individuals discover that incremental changes can lead to rewarding breakthroughs in their lives.
