You are the author of your own story, and sometimes, it takes a fresh chapter to rediscover your strength. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be a powerful space for healing, growth, and transformation. You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to walk alongside you as you move forward to feeling more seen, supported, and empowered in your life. Let’s begin your next chapter, together. My approach I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a practical, evidence-based approach that helps us understand how your thoughts influence your emotions and daily experiences. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful thought patterns, explore where they come from, and learn how to challenge them in ways that open up new possibilities for how you feel and respond to life. Throughout the process, I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and respect, at your pace and on your terms. Healing isn't about fixing what's "wrong"; it's about reclaiming your strength and building a life that feels more aligned, more grounded, and more yours. My focus I work with clients who are navigating depression, trauma, or emotional pain rooted in relationships, whether with a partner, family member, or within themselves. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Often, there’s a history of feeling unseen, unheard, or unsupported in the relationships that were supposed to feel safe. In our early sessions, we’ll take the time to unpack what’s really going on, looking closely at your story, your relationships, and the experiences that have shaped how you see yourself and the world around you. From there, we’ll create a clear, compassionate plan to help you find relief, clarity, and a renewed sense of control over your life.
